The result left the fans frustrated as they took to social media to acknowledge Ronaldinho's pre-tournament assessment of the current Selecao side.
The legendary footballer claimed that he would not watch the team in action due to the declining quality in the squad, however, he later performed a U-turn and said he would never abandon his nation.

Neymar continues to remain out of action as he is still recovering from the ACL injury that he suffered last year. The Al-Hilal star, however, was in attendance at SoFi Stadium in California to watch his country in action. While at times he looked disappointed, the star attacker did show his support for the squad after the match as he bashed the critics on social media.
